Budleigh Salterton new homes feature in national building journal

A mixed development of new and affordable homes on Clinton Devon Estates land at Greenway Lane in Budleigh Salterton has been featured as an architectural study in Architecture, Building, Contracting + Developing (ABC+D), a leading national journal.

Budleigh Salterton new homes feature in national building journal

The feature tells the story of the development at Greenway Lane from 2009 when the Housing Register identified a need for affordable housing in the town through to 2015 when the project was completed. Clinton Devon Estates and their joint venture development partner Cavanna Homes worked with LHC Architecture and social housing provider Cornerstone to deliver the project, with 40% affordable housing and improved and extended allotment space for the local community.
