Directions to the Site
Leaving the M5 at Junction 30, take the A377 Exmouth Road into Exmouth. At Exmouth take the A376 signposted to Budleigh Salterton. Liverton Business park is approximately 1.5 miles along this road clearly signposted on the left hand side.
Arrangements
Leasing arrangements are flexible dependant upon the tenants' needs. Generally these are on full repairing and insuring leases with terms varying between 5 and 10 years.
